The Cobb's Pond Rotary Park building is located at the entry of the revitalized Cobb's Pond Park in Gander, Newfoundland. The single storey wood-framed building acts as a gateway to the surrounding park and nature trails.

The building’s program consists of a Multipurpose Community Room with covered exterior patio, Kitchen and Concession Window, Public Toilets with exterior access, a Small Office, and a Mechanical and Electrical Room housing electrical controls for exterior park lighting.

The building is completely constructed of and clad in natural wood. The light coloured metal roof has a low albedo limiting thermal gain in the summer months.
